"Summer of 84" is a 2018 horror-mystery film that takes place in the summer of 1984 and follows Davey, a teenage conspiracy theorist who suspects that his neighbor, a police officer, is a serial killer responsible for a string of disappearances in their small town. Along with his group of friends, Davey decides to investigate and gather evidence to prove his theory. As they get closer to the truth, they become convinced that the killer is onto them and that their lives are in danger. After suspecting that their police officer neighbor is a serial killer, a group of teenage friends spend their summer spying on him and gathering evidence, but as they get closer to discovering the truth, things get dangerous.
