The animation revolves around Lance Sterling - a spy with great situational skills, a terror of criminals, and the idol of many colleagues. When hunting down the criminal with a robotic arm, Killian, Lance was trapped and became the target of a task force consisting of Marcy, Eyes and Ears. Looking to Walter Beckett - an "eccentric" weapon maker - for help, Lance met an ironic situation when he was turned into a dove. From here, the duo experienced many funny situations when stopping Killian's crimes. When the worlds best spy is turned into a pigeon, he must rely on his nerdy tech officer to save the world.
