"Annabelle Comes Home" is a 2019 supernatural horror film and the third installment in the "Annabelle" series. The film is set in 1972 and follows the story of demonologists Ed and Lorraine Warren (played by Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga), who have taken possession of the demonic doll Annabelle and locked her in a glass case in their home. When the Warrens leave town for a case, their daughter Judy (played by Mckenna Grace) is left in the care of babysitter Mary Ellen (played by Madison Iseman). However, when Mary Ellen's curious friend Daniela (played by Katie Sarife) comes over and unwittingly unlocks the case containing Annabelle, a series of terrifying events ensue. As the evil spirits that Annabelle has summoned begin to terrorize the girls and their friends, Ed and Lorraine rush back to their home to stop the malevolent entity before it's too late. While babysitting the daughter of Ed and Lorraine Warren, a teenager and her friend unknowingly awaken an evil spirit trapped in a doll.
