"Aladdin" is a live-action adaptation of the classic Disney animated film of the same name. The film follows the story of Aladdin, a street-smart thief who falls in love with Princess Jasmine, the daughter of the Sultan of Agrabah. As Aladdin seeks to win Jasmine's heart, he comes across a magical lamp that contains a powerful genie, who grants him three wishes. With the help of the genie, Aladdin sets out to win Jasmine's love and defeat the evil sorcerer Jafar, who seeks to seize the throne of Agrabah for himself. A kindhearted street urchin and a power-hungry Grand Vizier vie for a magic lamp that has the power to make their deepest wishes come true.
